Hello and thank you SO much for being here. I am continuing with the theme of Easy Breads in the form of making Vietnamese Baguettes. When you master this bread, I will then show you how to make one of my all time favourite sandwiches of all time. The Bánh Mì. This isn’t the most traditional version with the addition of the sweet and sour sauce, as I was inspired by some of the gorgeous dipping sauces that Vietnamese food offers. If you want a more authentic experience- leave this out.
Strap in folks this is a loooong one, as I will be showing you 5 recipes in 1 in the form of-
Homemade Vietnamese Baguette
Chicken Liver Pate
Pickled Carrot & Daikon
Crispy Sichuan Pork
Sweet & Sour Sauce
You of course can buy the pate & a good quality sweet chilli sauce at home if you want to skip those steps, but trust me- it won’t taste as good. Let’s get started shall we?
