Coming back to the newsletter after a considerable break honestly felt so daunting. I started getting some of the inspiration and flow back with my little afternoon weekly bakes with my kids. My husband and myself were eating the smarties cookies we just made for an after dinner treat, and I thought that since it was a Saturday evening, I definitely deserved an Espresso Martini.
Then it hit me. An Espresso Martini in cookie form would be incredible (that and the alcohol).
