Hello and thank you so much for being here. How has everyones weeks been? As you may have read on my first brownie newsletter, I am FINALLY moving house. It has been insanely stressful, but god we are grateful to finally get out of Harrogate and back down South to Norwich.

Now this may seem like abit of a faff this recipe, but trust me it is so unbelievably worth it. You start off by creating an italian meringue (the end result brownie is soft, chewy and light), pouring it into a ganache infused with egg yolks & passionfruit juice for the most beautifully balanced mouthful.
